How much time in advance can I book?

With us, you can book at any time but we suggest you to make your reservation 2 hours in advance to your arrival at least to avoid waiting and let us give you the most appropriate and high quality service.

I am travelling to an airport that I cannot find at your web page, neither the town or final destination.
In case you could not find your destination airporttown name at our booking system, please fill our contact request form providing us the information you could not found and select. We will be able to offer you the service as we continuously improve our site.
Will the driver pick or leave me at the hotel, private accommodation or airport?
Yes. All our services are door-to-door. The driver will pick or leave you at the address you indicated at your reservation.
Is it possible to make a quick stop on the way of my booked destination to pick up my apartment keys
Yes, if your stop is less than 10 minutes and at the same location of your destination. If you need to contract this additional service, please contact us before booking your transfer.
Am I going to share my transfer with other passengers?
No. All our transfers are private. You and your group will travel in a single transfer vehicle exclusively for you
What luggage can I take?
You can take as much luggage as wanted, but, when hiring your transfer take a look to the maximum capacity of each vehicle and the one you reserve. If you bring more luggage than the suitable at the vehicle contracted, we cannot assure it enters the vehicle
I travel with kids, do you have child seats available
Most of our vehicles are adapted to transport child seats. Please indicate this special requirement at the first step of your reservation.
Do you travel with wheelchair?
If you travel with a wheelchair, please specify it at the optional message option of the third step of the booking process.
Do you travel with your pet?
If you travel with your pet, fill the contact form with all the transfer details and we will answer your request immediately.

How can I know that is secure to provide my personal and bank account information?
During your online booking process, all information requested is protected by an 256 bit SSL certified encryption system. Your bank information will be requested at the last step of the reservation procedure. At that moment you will be redirected to the bank server where you will introduce your banking information, a safe environment that we have no access to.
My Company needs an invoice, can you provide it?
Yes. Once you have reserved your transfer, contact us and we will provide it to you.
I have not received the confirmation emailreservation voucher yet. What may I do?
Please check your spam email inbox. Your email server can classify our emails as spam by mistake. If you do not find an email from us at your spam inbox neither, please contact us and we will re send any missed communication.
Where will I find the driver at my arrival?
Once you have booked your transfer, you will receive a confirmation email, enclosing your reservation voucher including indications about the place the driver will pick you up.

What happen if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the status of your flight to ensure that if it suffers a delay or advance a driver can pick you up at your arrival.
How long will the driver wait me at the airport
The driver will wait you an hour since your flight is landed. During that time you will have more than enough time to meet the driver. If you suffer any issue with your luggage or at customs, please inform us by noticing so to the driver through a group member or with a phone call.
What happen if my driver is delayed?
It should not happen because we confirm in several occasions the transfers and its status with our drivers. If you suffer a driver delay please let us know immediately because a major issue may have occurred to him.
My flight has been changed. Can I change my transfer time?
Yes, but, please do it as soon as you are informed about the flight change.
My flight has been cancelled and I do not need the transfer reserved. Can I cancel it?
Yes, but, please bear in mind that your cancellation must be done until 6 hours before your booked service time to get the amount you paid refunded.
The quantity of people in my group has changed. Can I change the vehicle I booked?
Yes, please contact us immediately to confirm the reservation modification. If you need a bigger vehicle, you may pay the cost difference.

I forgot something at the vehicle. How can I recover it?
We will put all our efforts in sending the forgotten objectluggage to the place you request us to. If you are not at the destination address we took you at the transfer, all expenses occasioned for your objectluggage shipment to your required destiny will be paid by you in advance.
